Jennifer Ward is a bonafide bird stalker, wildlife whisperer, and authoress who writes books for children and adults. With over 800,000 books in print and translations in many languages, her work has been the recipient of numerous awards including state awards, New York Public Library’s Best Informational Book of the Year, ALA Notable recognition, the International Literacy Association/Children’s Book Council Children’s Choice Award, the Giverny Award for Best Nonfiction Picture Book, among many other honors.

Erin Dionne’s latest book for tweens is Lights, Camera, Disaster (Scholastic 2018). She’s the author of 5 other books for young readers, including the 2014 Edgar Award finalist Moxie and the Art of Rule Breaking (Dial 2013). Her first picture book, Captain’s Log: Snowbound, will be released in 2018 from Charlesbridge Publishers. She’s been teaching writing at the college level for over 15 years and lives outside of Boston with her family.

Anna Raff has donated four original animal paintings (Cat, Alligator, Snake, Giraffe), each measuring approximately 11” x 14”, on high-quality, acid-free, watercolor paper. Made using colored inks, watercolor, pen and ink and colored pencil. Each signed, and dated.

Anna is the illustrator of several books for children, including World Rat Day, If I Were a Kangaroo, and A Big Surprise for Little Card. She lives and works in New York City.
